Return & Replacement Policy

At Ronaku Clothes Brand, we aim to provide high-quality products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a return or replacement as per the conditions below.


1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement

You can request a return or replacement only if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective item

  • You received a wrong item or wrong size (sent by our mistake)

  • There is a major manufacturing defect

Requests are not accepted for:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Slight color variation due to lighting/screens

  • Used, washed, or altered items


2. Time Window

You must raise the return/replacement request within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after the time window will not be accepted.


3. Required Proof

To process a return or replacement, share:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Description of the issue


4. Return Approval Process

Once you submit the request:

  1. Our support team reviews your proof.

  2. Verification takes 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, pickup will be arranged or replacement will be sent.


5. Pickup & Verification

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • All tags must be intact.

  • If the product fails quality check during pickup, return may be rejected.


6. Replacement

  • If the exact product is in stock, replacement will be provided.

  • If not available, you may choose another product of the same value.

  • Replacement takes 5–8 business days after approval.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Accessories

  • Innerwear

  • Items purchased in sale/offer

  • Customized or special-order items


8. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/defective item), shipping is free.

  • If the customer entered a wrong address or refused delivery, charges may apply.
