Thank you for shopping with Ronaku Clothes Brand. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel your order.
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not been packed or shipped.
If cancelled within this time frame:
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
Once the order is packed or shipped:
Cancellation is not allowed.
The package will be delivered as per normal process.
If the customer refuses to accept the delivery:
Return shipping charges may be deducted.
Refund may not be approved in some cases.
If you entered the wrong address:
Contact support immediately to update it.
If the order is already shipped, address changes cannot be made.
Orders delivered to wrong addresses due to customer error are not refundable.
Ronaku Clothes Brand may cancel orders for reasons including:
Out-of-stock items
Payment failure
Invalid shipping address
Fraudulent or suspicious orders
In such cases:
A full refund will be issued.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed through:

Razorpay Wallet
Credit/Debit Card
Net Banking
